Managing conditions for Statement of Compliance (SOC)

Once all the Referral Authorities both internal and external have consented to SOC, the application status will advance to "SOC Decision Pending".

If council has used the non mandatory action "Manage conditions for SOC" to enter at least one condition, and has indicated that all the condition(s) are satisfied, a mandatory action of "Add Decision - Statement of Compliance" will be placed on the Council.

"Manage conditions for SOC" This becomes available as a non mandatory action from the status "Permit Decision" (in the case of a joint application) or "Certification Decision Pending" (in the case of a stand alone certification application). This action allows the council to document and edit the conditions needing to be met to obtain SOC - all conditions or just outstanding conditions.
